Hi everyone!
Just a quick update to report that printing and manufacturing continue on schedule, and the test proofs are looking great...!
In the meantime, as Fans of Label 619 titles like SILENT JENNY, MFKZ, and SHIN ZERO, you might want to check out this new book launching on Kickstarter this week...
Set in the same universe as Label 619's flagship series MFKZ, this standalone story follows Guada, a young teen with buried anger issues that may come from her mysterious absentee father, who she'll discover was a famous luchador wrestler... and possibly a hero who once saved the world. (MFKZ readers will recognize him as El Diablo, the leader of the Lucha Ultima who helped end the alien invasion...)

Locking orders this weekend / Advance MONAD received

Hi everyone!
Just a quick heads-up that we're locking the pledge manager orders this weekend. You should get an email notification from Backerkit in the next 24 hours stating that you will have until Sunday afternoon to make any last adjustments to your order before it is locked for final production and fulfillment prep. We'll charge credit cards for any balance due next Monday.
Don't worry if you're not sure about your delivery address once we start shipping. You'll have two more opportunities to update your address before we start fulfillment. Please note: if you change addresses within the same territory/country, you shouldn't notice much, if any, difference. If you change territories or countries before fulfillment, however, your postage may change notably, depending on your before and after addresses. If you're not sure if you'll need to change territories/countries, don't fret -- we'll do our best to help you out before shipping begins. 🙂
And of course, if you're not sure whether you've completed your survey, you can log into the Pledge Manager at https://silent-jenny.backerkit.com/with your Kickstarter-associated email address. Let us know if you need help getting in.
We got the advance copy of the Monad resin model shown in the previous update, and it feels just as good as it looks! The details are nuts. The packaging turned out great, too --
The factory is finishing mass production now, and then they'll hit the water on their way to our warehouse. With the books in mass production now, too, things are getting close to ready!
In the meantime, we're gearing up for the next Label 619 Kickstarter launch in a few weeks, this time for Run and Guillaume Singelin's MFKZ spinoff LOBA LOCA!
This is such a fun book about a young girl with anger issues hitting the road with an ex-wrestler to learn about her deadbeat (and possibly world-saving hero) father... Run's universe is hella fun, and Guillaume's storytelling style is on full blast. If you liked MFKZ, SHIN ZERO, or FRONTIER, you will not want to miss out on this one! Hi everyone!
We hope you're wrapping up a nice week and getting ready for an awesome weekend. We got a video from the factory making the MONAD models, and it looks great!
We expect to get this copy from them in the next week or so, and we'll post some more detailed photos at that time.
In the meantime, our friends at Magnetic Press and Neurobellum are going to be launching a new campaign next week that ties into the 250th holiday celebration next week --

Surveys -- additional information

Hi, everyone!
It looks like a large majority of you have received and completed your surveys already -- thanks! There are a couple of situations we should have pointed out yesterday:
If you used a privaterelay.appleid.com email address on your Kickstarter account (ie, registered your account on Kickstarter through your iPhone), we can't send surveys to that blocked domain. Your survey may have gone to that address, but since those mailboxes aren't easily accessed by their users, you probably won't see it. Please provide us with an alternate email to use instead, and we'll update your Pledge Manager link accordingly and resend it.
If you used Kickstarter’s “Pledge Over Time” option to pay in installments, your pledge isn’t considered complete until the final payment is collected. It appears that these payment installments are scheduled to occur on June 1 and July 1. Once your full pledge has been collected, your survey link should be generated by Backerkit and sent to you within 72 hours of that final collection confirmation. If any of those installment payments fail, Kickstarter will mark your pledge as "failed", but your information should still be carried into Backerkit, accounting for what WAS successfully collected, so you can pay any failed balances in the Pledge Manager after the fact without losing your pledge tier qualification. 🙂
If your pledge falls into either of the above scenarios, you will not get a link by email. If neither scenario applies to you and you still have not gotten your survey link, let us know by messaging us here on Kickstarter or emailing [email protected]. Please don't leave a comment as those are harder to monitor and track.

Sorry for the slight delay, but the rest of the campaign surveys have been sent as of this morning! There were some issues to take care of behind the scenes, but everything should be fine now.
You should receive an email with your individual Pledge Manager link from Backerkit (perhaps on behalf of "Label 619-Magnetic Press"). If you don't see it in your Kickstarter-associated email inbox, check your spam folder or quarantine settings. If you still don't see it, please message us here on Kickstarter, or at "[email protected]" and we'll look up your link for you.
The surveys will be open until mid-July or so, at which point we will be locking orders to finalize manufacturing count. We will then lock addresses closer to fulfillment (which we expect to begin in October).
If you have any questions, please ask! And if you catch any problems or confusing aspects of the pledge manager, please let us know, and we'll adjust things right away!
